Summer is Finally Here!

Well I think summer has officially arrived! From 60 degrees one day to 90 degrees the next. Katie was playing all day on Sunday in the sprinklers and swimming, etc. We were gardening in the evening and she decided to run through the backyard sprinklers. She was of course soaking wet and dripping everywhere when she finished. I told her to take off her clothes by the back door before she went into the house. James (big one) dared her to run naked around our big tree in the backyard. She hesitated for about a second before stripping down and taking off running. Little James had to join in the summer fun of being naked outside. Ahhh those were the days.

Congratulations Katie! My baby just graduated Kindergarten...now on to the big world of first grade. She can't wait to have school lunch everyday and go to school all day. Ahhhh those were the days of being excited to go to school all day. Enjoy it while it lasts, and we are so proud of her and all she has learned this year.
