Next Chapter....

So another year is ready to pass, another year older.  The past few years have been filled with much reflection around this time, this year is no different.  I wonder what the next phase of my life will look like? Does anyone know? The path thus far has me left with mixed emotions and much doubt in myself and my ability to make sound decisions in my life.  Much has changed and continues to change, but once again I'm left with only myself blame for the choices.

It is with much contemplation that I've come to the decision to put my house up for sale.  I am sure I will not rest any easier in a new place but maybe (just maybe) it will be a major step in the right direction for my search of happiness..... or it will be another speed bump along the way, I guess there is one way to find out.

5 Days and 4 nights in beautiful Waikiki is not near enough!! It was great to have the opportunity to go and check out the island and all that it has to offer.  It was truly the most peaceful and calming vacation I have ever had. Here are some pictures from the adventure

James turns 5!!

I blinked and James is 5 years old!!!! I can hardly believe how fast life goes......hard to keep up sometimes.  James is (of course) back on the Cars bandwagon with the new Cars 2 movie that he just loves.  We had a mommy / Jr. night where only the two of us went and picked out all the stuff for his birthday party AND went to Toys R Us so he could pick out his very own birthday present.  He picked all the new characters from Cars 2 die cast cars, which he adores.  He calls them his "very special cars...that are delicate".

Katie is 10!! Oh my where does the time go

Sunday Katie turned 10 !! I am still slightly in shock that a decade has passed....and it seems like only yesterday she was a new baby with a crazy mom who didn't know what in the world to do.  Now I think she takes care of me and James more than I realize....definitely keeps us both on our toes.  She has really started to blossom into quite a young lady (a smelly, moody young lady...but growing up nonetheless).  She amazes me more and more everyday with how she can pretty much roll with the punches.  I can't imagine my life without her and Jr., love you tons baby!!!
